Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of
Boehringer Ingelheim and
Palin Communications - You must be 18 years or over to enter the competition
- The promoters of the competition are Palin Communications and Boehringer Ingelheim
- Palin Communications is located at:

- Entry into the competition is completed by filling in the entry form and correctly
answering the eligibility question - The prizes are 10 Apple iPod Nano’s (8GB). Only one prize per person, if you enter more than once
your name will only go into the draw once - Entry into the competition is free
- Each individual prize value equals $199
- The total prize pool equals $1990
- To be eligible all applications must be received and processed between the dates of 1st February 2010 and 28th February 2010. No application will be processed if all information is not entered.
- The draw will take place at Palin Communications Level 4, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood 2067, on 1st March 2010 at 3.00pm. The result of the draw will be final.
- The first 10 winners with the correct answer, drawn at random, will each win an 8GB iPod Nano and will be notified by written confirmation within 2 days of the draw.
- The prizes will be sent to the winners via mail
- If the prize is not claimed in three months from the original draw date, a further manual draw will be conducted.
- The re-draw will be conducted at Palin Communications Level 4, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood 2067, on 1st June 2010 at 3.00pm. The result of the draw will be final.
- The prize is not refundable or transferable and may not be converted into cash
- Palin Communications and Boehringer Ingelheim will not be liable for any loss or damage that any entrant or winner in this competition may suffer, whether as a result of the promoters' negligence or otherwise, except in relation to any liability which cannot be excluded by law
- We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, and special offers we think you'll find valuable
- Palin Communications or Boehringer Ingelheim will not accept any responsibility for any delays,
